If you are ready for us to look after your plan(s) you need to inform the associated insurance company you would like Just Service to look after your plan(s). To make this process easy for you we have prepared the online form below.

 

Please complete the form for each plan you hold.  Once we get confirmation from the insurance company your plan has been transferred (approximately 1-2 weeks) you will be assigned a licensed adviser from Just Service. 

 

You can also download the app plus you will receive your monthly plan statements by email.
